Cheif Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr.N.Kiran Kumar Reddy has approved the file about Teachers and Lecturers Salary for Strike Period. Teachers and Lecturers participated in strike in protest against bifurcation of AP State. AP State Govt has issued G.O Ms.No.67 for the Teachers Strike Period Salary as they agreed to work on holidays. Teachers participated in Samaikyandhra Strike, which started in 13 Seemandhra districts against bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. AP Government will sanction salary for the strike period to the Seemandhra Teachers for about 49 days. Teachers went on strike from 21.08.2013 to 10.10.2013
