Revised Scales of Pay, 2009 - Revision of scales of pay for the Promotional posts to the Superintendents – Implementation of the recommendations of the Pay Grievance Redressal Cell - Orders-Issued.

ORDER:
The Pay Grievance Redressal Cell constituted in the Government Order second read above to examine the representations received from the Employees Associations / Head of Departments / Individual employees including the aggrieved petitioners in Writ Petitions relating to anomalies in the revised pay structure of the respective posts has recommended for revision of scales of pay for the Promotional posts to the Superintendents. After careful examination, the Government has decided to implement the recommendations made by the Pay Grievance Redressal Cell in respect of the Promotional posts to Superintendents in all Departments.Accordingly, Government direct that the scales of pay of the following posts shall be revised as shown below:-
Name of the Post: Promotion post of Superintendent like Administrative Officer in Directorate of Public Health / Sub-Registrar Grade-I in Registration / Senior Superintendent / Assistant Treasury Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer in Treasuries and Accounts / Commercial Tax Officer (Erstwhile Deputy Commercial Tax Officer) in Commercial Taxes.
Existing Scale of Pay + Grade Pay: Rs9300-34800 + 4900
Revised Scale of Pay + Grade Pay: Rs9300-34800 + 5100
2) The revision of scale of pay ordered in para-1 above shall take notional effect from 12-12-2007 for the purpose of fixation of pay in the revised scale of pay with monetary benefit from 01-04-2013.
3) The above revision of scale of pay is also applicable to all the Promotional posts to Superintendents in all Government Departments including Local Bodies.
