TN Govt has released list of Public Holidays for the calendar year 2014 in its order G.O Ms.No.1310, dated 15.11.2013
Holidays - Public Holidays under negotiable instruments act, 1881 for the State Govt Offices and all the commercial banks including co-operative banks in Tamilnadu for the year 2014 - Orders Issued.
Public Holidays:
The Holidays declared under the negotiable instruments act, 1881 indicated in the notification appended in this order will be published in the Tamilnadu Govt Gazette
Government Holidays:
The Govt directed that all the offices under the control of the Govt of Tamilnadu be closed on
1.The dates specified in the notification appended to this order (Except 01.04.2014)
2.All Saturdays and Sundays in the year 2014
These public holidays shall also apply to all state govt under takings/corporations/boards etc..
